Following a qualifying hospital stay for conditions such as stroke, heart attack, surgery, broken bones, joint replacement or respiratory illness, skilled nursing and rehabilitation can provide continued support during recovery. Our clinical team, including certified Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, provides services based on each resident’s individual needs and plan of care, with a focus on supporting mobility, function and independence at an appropriate pace..
